Smile SleepLabs Inc. specializes in the design and manufacturing of custom dental and sleep-related oral appliances, including nightguards, anti-snore devices, and precision oral positioning products.

We are seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Technician with specialized experience in digital dental appliance workflows, precision 3D production processes, and medical-grade product manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and modify custom oral appliance models using CAD/CAM systems
– Process and interpret digital oral scans and technical specifications
– Prepare and optimize 3D printable appliance models
– Operate, calibrate, and maintain precision 3D printing equipment
– Ensure production accuracy and quality control for medical-grade oral appliances
– Support manufacturing workflow optimization and technical troubleshooting
– Verify dimensional accuracy and appliance fitting consistency
– Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure product quality standards

Required Qualifications:

– Experience with CAD/CAM workflows related to dental or oral appliance manufacturing
– Experience with 3D printing calibration and production accuracy control
– Knowledge of custom oral appliance or sleep-related device manufacturing preferred
– Strong attention to detail and precision manufacturing standards
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment

This position requires specialized industry-specific experience beyond general CAD drafting or architectural design backgrounds.
