1. Job Description / Duties

0949497 BC Ltd is currently seeking a Creative Services Director to join our team. The Creative Services Director will report to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for leading the creative vision, overseeing marketing campaigns, and managing the Marketing team for four national brands:

Wok Box
Firecrust Custom Salads + Pizzas
Tu Taco de la Calle
Chubbs
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the creative and design functions of the organization.
Direct and coordinate marketing and advertising activities, including print, digital, and social media campaigns.
Develop, implement, and monitor brand strategies to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Manage creative budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the Marketing and Design teams.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies to deliver creative solutions.
Ensure that all creative work complies with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze campaign performance and SEO data to guide strategic marketing decisions.
Oversee the production of promotional materials, visual identity programs, and corporate communications.
2. Employment Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in Design, Marketing, Brand Management.
Minimum 3 years of Team Management.
Proven experience in food service or franchise operations, including marketing, customer engagement, and brand promotion.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
Highly proficient in written and oral English.
Passion for food, design, and branding.
Ability to reliably commute to Surrey, BC, or plan to relocate prior to start date.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business or related area.
Master’s degree in a related field is considered an asset.
