Duties for the role:

·         Read and interpret cabinet drawings, layouts, and cutting lists to determine assembly requirements

·         Prepare cabinet components by trimming, sanding, and fitting panels, doors, and drawers for precise alignment

·         Assemble cabinet boxes, frames, shelves, and doors using screws, dowels, glue, clamps, and other fasteners

·         Check measurements, joints, and finishes to ensure accuracy and product quality before installation

·         Install hardware such as hinges, handles, drawer slides, and other fittings according to design specifications

·         Inspect completed units for defects, alignment, and surface finish, making adjustments or repairs when needed

·         Assist in organizing materials, maintaining tools, and performing light maintenance on woodworking equipment

·         Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and efficient work environment

Requirements for the role:

·         Completion of high school is required

·         At least one year work experience as a similar role. Previous experience in woodworking, cabinet assembly, or furniture manufacturing industry is highly desired

·         Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

·         Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work under minimal supervision
