Job Details

Tasks:

–        Prepare ingredients for Filipino dishes by washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and cutting vegetables, meat, and other food items according to recipes and portion requirements.

–        Set up and organize kitchen tools and ingredients before cooking; wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and maintain clean, orderly preparation areas.

–        Assist the chef/cook with food preparation and ensure ingredients are ready and available to keep kitchen operations on schedule.

–        Follow proper food-handling, sanitation, and safety practices while completing daily kitchen duties.

–        Support the kitchen team with additional tasks, including restocking supplies, organizing ingredients, and cleaning equipment and work areas as needed.

Skills Requirements

Education: Secondary school completion is required

Work Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. Must have basic knowledge of any Filipino cuisine and is willing to train.
