El Mariachi Authentic Mexican Food Corp has 1 available full time permanent position of “Assistant Restaurant Manager” in Edmonton, Alberta. Wage will begin at $36.50 per hour. Minimum of two years of Restaurant Management experience is required.

Employment consists of but are not limited to:

Plan, organize, direct, and control the operations of the Authentic Mexican restaurant
Evaluate daily operations
Supervise staff
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Develop staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with International suppliers for specific food, ingredients, and other supplies
Negotiate arrangements with customers for use of facilities for private parties or receptions
