Job description
Cleaning, sanitizing and organizing kitchen area from time to time.
Oversee the operations of the kitchen prep work and food quality in general.
Prepare orders as per customer needs including single dish to multiple dishes throughout the day.
Help establish new menu items for the restaurant as per changing customer tastes and market trends.
Adheres to all safe food handling principles in the kitchen.
Maintaining inventory and record of food for the successful run of the kitchen.
Supervise kitchen helpers
Requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
7 months to 1 year of experience as a cook specializing in South Indian cuisine.
Work Conditions
· Fast-paced environment
· Standing for extended periods
· Weekdays, Weekends and Evening shifts
· Full time and permanent
Hours:30- 40 hrs/week
Wage: $20.10hour
