Farm machinery operator needed for Jackson Farns

3 Vacancies   Location: RR 1 Dapp, AB T0G 0S0 Canada

Duties and Responsibilities: Fertilize and spray crops, Harvest crops, Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, Perform general farm duties.

Equipment and machinery experience: Fertilizer applicator, Seed drill, Sprayer or duster, Tractor, Combine harvester, Farm truck, Lift truck, Planting equipment, Tillage equipment

Salary: $27.50 / hour for 40-60 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Seasonal, Full Time    Start Date: As soon as possible

Benefits: Transportation provided by employer

Employment conditions: Early morning, Flexible hours, Morning, To be determined, Day, Weekend, Overtime required

Requirements / Skills:                   Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work site environment: Oilseed (except soybean) farming, Other grain farming, Other miscellaneous crop farming, Outdoors

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Handling heavy loads, Sitting

Work Setting: Rural area, Staff accommodation available, Staff accommodation provided
