Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to provide care and assistance to two elderly seniors, aged 90+, living in a private home. The caregiver will help with daily living activities, meal preparation, companionship, and ensuring a safe and comfortable home environment.

Main Duties:

·       Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and mobility support

·       Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs

·       Administer medication reminders as directed by family or physician

·       Accompany clients to medical appointments or social activities

·       Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean and safe home environment

·       Provide companionship and emotional support

·       Observe and report any changes in health or behaviour

Requirements:

·       Completion of secondary school required

·       Previous experience in health care, elderly care or home support is an asset

·       First Aid/CPR certificate preferred

·       Patient, caring, and responsible attitude
