Job duties

Plan, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the department or establishment.
Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Stimulate the team for upselling.
Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
Assist with recruitment, training and supervise front desks, shuttle drivers, night auditors and oversee work schedules.
Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions.
Resolve customer complaints, attend all guest reviews and take appropriate action.
Daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
Requirements:

– A university degree or college diploma in hotel management or other related discipline is required.
– 2 to 3 years of managerial experience in the related field is required.
