Responsibilities

Tasks
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily food service operations to ensure efficiency and timely service.
Monitor inventory levels and order food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and other necessary materials.
Train and supervise staff in job responsibilities, food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Ensure food preparation, presentation, and customer service consistently meet established quality standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the establishment’s menu, cuisine, and food preparation standards.
Supervise and inspect the preparation and assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper presentation.
Oversee food trolley deliveries to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
Prepare and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during operating hours.
