Job Description

This job requires hiring, training, and supervising staff/team members
Set priorities for the office, assign tasks to staff, and make sure everything gets done on time and follows the rules.
Make sure rules are followed when sharing official documents and personal information, especially when people request them under privacy laws.
Evaluate the performance of employees, provide feedback, and conduct performance appraisals
Help create the office budget and keep track of supplies and spending
Maintain and update client records and files (physical and digital)
Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Assist with internal meetings, staff schedules, and team communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

Completion of Bachelor’s Degree is required.

1-2 years of experience is required

Language: English

Work Conditions

Weekdays & Weekends
Full time & Permanent
Hours:30- 40 hrs/week
Wage: $36/hour
