Tasks
Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to sales staff.
Review and approve merchandise returns and exchanges.
Prepare and manage employee work schedules.
Assist customers with product selection and sales.
Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Handle customer requests, complaints, and stock shortages.
Organize, monitor, and maintain store inventory.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sales staff to ensure smooth store operations.
