Roomkeeper Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping supervisor to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in
maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a
background in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management.
Duties:
• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high standards of
cleanliness
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet company standards
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintaining inventory and stock in the motel and laundry department in the restaurant
• Collaborating with the manager on a daily bases
• Supervise and provide support for the seasonal restaurant with the motel when needed
Experience:
• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality and restaurant cleaning
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
