We are a dynamic and growing real estate company located in Surrey, BC, seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the administrative backbone of our company, you will play a key role in supporting our real estate agents and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Roles and Responsibilities: Office Administrator/Administrative Assistant  – Real Estate
1.Property Management
•Maintain and update property listings across platforms and internal databases.
•Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for properties, including availability, pricing, and details.
2.Contract Creation and Management
•Draft, review, and manage contracts related to property sales, purchases, and leases.
•Ensure compliance with legal standards and brokerage policies in all contractual documents.
•Maintain a secure repository for all agreements and documents.
3.Transaction Coordination
•Facilitate smooth real estate transactions by coordinating between buyers, sellers, agents, and the brokerage.
•Oversee the preparation, signing, and submission of necessary documents for closings.
•Track transaction progress and ensure deadlines are met.
4.Communication and Support
•Act as the primary point of contact between the brokerage, real estate agents, and external clients.
•Address inquiries and provide accurate information about listings and procedures.
•Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in transactions.
5.Administrative Tasks
•Manage and organize office operations, supplies, and schedules.
•Maintain accurate records of client information, contracts, and property details.
•Prepare and distribute reports for management on property and transaction performance.
6.Compliance and Documentation
•Verify documentation for accuracy and compliance with local and company policies.
•Stay updated on real estate regulations and implement changes as needed.
•Ensure proper filing of all legal and administrative documents.
7.Relationship Management
•Build and maintain positive relationships with agents, brokers, and clients.
•Provide support to agents for listings, documentation, and operational needs.
8.Technology and Tools
•Use property management software, Microsoft Excel, and transaction management platforms efficiently.
9.Problem-Solving and Support
•Address challenges in transactions or communication promptly and effectively.
•Provide solutions for operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies within the office.

Compensation – may range from 58500 to 62000 (depending on experience)
