Position Title & # Of Vacancies: Food Service Supervisor (3 Position)

Job Details

Tasks:

– Will supervise and manage activities of staffs in the kitchen

– May provide assistance in taking customer orders and providing customer service

– Will deal with customers, questions, requests, and concerns

– Supervise the Cashier area for processing payments of customers

– Provide assistance with a POS system for entering orders and processing transactions

– Supervise the preparations of vegetables, sauces, cut meats, and bake goods for customer orders.

– Ensure the proper assembling, portioning, and packaging of food items.

– Supervise and may provide support in maintaining work areas, equipment, and kitchen spaces clean and sanitized

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Work with minimal Supervision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Will work in a hot environment.

Skills Requirements

Education: Completion of College is required. Completion of Training in Food Services or related field is preferred. Food Safety Certificate is required.

Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year or not less than 7 months of experience in the Food Service Industry is required.
