Job Details

Tasks:

– Manage employees and daily salon operations.

– Create and maintain staff schedules.

– Assist customers, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.

– Supervise the hair cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical services of the business while meeting client needs and industry standards.

– Maintain salon cleanliness by supervising the sweeping, laundry, and sanitization of the salon equipment.
– Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring the salon is organized, operational, and secure daily.
– Coordinate with the owner in hiring new workers

– Supervise and train salon staff. May perform hairstyling assistance during understaffed periods.

Skills Requirements

Education: Completion of secondary school and a vocation certificate in Hairstyling is required.

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hairstyling and Managerial position is required.
