Job Description

Read & interpret construction drawing, sketches & blueprints as per design specifications to prepare layouts as per building code requirements.

Frame walls, stairways, pathways for entry, porches, gables etc. by using wood & metal materials

Install vinyl siding, metal cladding, wood cladding & different types of Hardy panels on the outside envelope of the residential buildings.

Install window & door trims, Facia board, Cedar & Vinyl soffits on deck & patio’s etc

Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects

Frame outside posts with finished wood materials according to customer needs

Perform inside finishing work by installing Crown moulding, baseboards & installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of various types of wood, plywood and wallboard.

Install inside & outside doors, closet doors, posts by using hand tool and power tools.

Education and work experience

Secondary school education is must

1-2 years of experience in construction is mandatory
