Job Description

Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs. Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
Instruct apprentices
Estimate costs and materials

Language- English

Education-  Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience- 1 year to less than 2 years

On site-  Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Salary- $37.00
