Responsibilities:
* Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD)
* Create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings with computer-aided design (CAD)
* Analyze technical documents and reports
* Prepare working drawings
* Professionalism in customer service
* Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and building codes
* Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required
* Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates
* Operate CADD and other computer software systems
Experience and specialization:-
* Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook
* Area of work experience: Design
* Architectural specialization: Commercial and/or industrial construction, Residential construction
