Mechanical maintenance supervisor needed for Lubecore International Inc

Duties and Responsibilities:

–        Recommend measures to improve productivity

–        Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

–        Supervise workers and projects

–        Co-ordinate and schedule activities

–        Train or arrange for training

–        Estimate costs and materials

–        Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

–        Recommend personnel actions

–        Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

–        Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units

–        Provide on-site services

–        Supervising installation of automated lubrication systems (ALS)

–        Overseeing mechanical system diagnostics and maintenance

–        Coordinating field installation crews

–        Ensuring compliance with industrial equipment standard

Supervision: 3-4 people, Lubrication system technicians, Field service technicians

Area of specialization: Installation of automated lubrication systems (ALS)

Salary: $44.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time    Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements / Skills:                   Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
