Responsibilities
Tasks

Plan, direct, and evaluate the sales activities of the company’s appliance and mattress sales operations to achieve established sales, revenue, and business objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, procedures, and programs for retail, corporate, commercial, and wholesale customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with business clients to identify new sales opportunities.
Establish sales targets, budgets, performance standards, and business development objectives, and monitor sales results to ensure targets are achieved.
Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and product developments and recommend changes to sales strategies and product offerings.
