Production Labourer – Food Processing (fruit packer and grader)

Cawston Cold Storage has openings for Production Labourers. This is a seasonal position from early August to end of May (9 months).

Wage: $21.00 /hr

Job Description:

– manually pack fruit into bags and boxes or other containers

– check products and packaging for basic quality defects

– clean packing line and immediate work areas

– remove stickers from cups and conveyor

– stock packaging for production

Job Requirements:

Education – not required

Experience: Experience is an asset

Working Conditions:

– repetitive tasks

– standing for extended periods of time

Work Setting: Fruit processing plant

Important Information:
